Me (Erik)

This is just a place where I just ramble on about nothing probably important to you but at some moment of time it was actually important enough for me to make the effort and jot it down. I’m anti-social like that. Or because I was bored and felt like torturing others at the moment and thought I would share the wanderings on which my mind takes me.

I really need to get to the gym. It’s been about a year since the last time I stepped through the doors of previously said gym.

I sit on my behind for at least 10 hours a day in front of either a series of computers or in my tattoo shop. It’s not healthy to sit that much. And yet—I do.

I just have zero motivation. I know I need to exercise more. I just can’t connect the “know” with the “do”.

And why can’t I ever have this to look at where I go?

Seeing him in the locker room alone would be incentive enough to go every single day.

Actually—I probably wouldn’t be able to get out of the shower….

Until next time…

What a “blah” kind of day. It was definitely “one of those” Monday’s. Walked into work to have had the CTO’s laptop die over the weekend. Always fun. Then the day just spiraled from there. Didn’t go to the gym either.

Woo hoo! Day three at the gym. Arms and more cardio. I’m sure I’ll stop talking about the gym sooner or later. But it’s new to me, and one of the few things on my mind at the moment.

Another lunch date with the gym today… this time working abs and an hour of cardio. My body hates me.

I went to the gym today at lunch, actually working out with weights and not just walking around the indoor track. I think my arms are going to defect from my body. I am going to get into shape, since all I really do is sit on my butt for 9 to 15 hours a day. I am soon to be 34 years old and have never really been happy with my body’s physical appearance. So I am starting a new, healthy habit for once in my life. Not that I am going to give up sitting on my butt, or drinking.

Until next time…
Erik
